Anyway, reading TPM about the latest decision by the Bush DOJ to start investigating ACORN, I thought of a decision in the election campaign from two elections ago in Canada where the RCMP got involved. Apparently, the manual for the DOJ advises against initiating prosecutions before an election. Well...
